Digital Products & Services

MAYTI provides digital, AI-powered services that are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital products, returns are not available once access to the service has been granted.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You were charged incorrectly

  • A technical issue prevented you from accessing the service and we were unable to resolve it

  • You were billed after cancelling due to a system error

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results

  • Failure to cancel before renewal

  • Unused or partially used subscription time

  • Misunderstanding of service features or limitations


Subscriptions & Cancellations

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

  • Cancelling prevents future charges

  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period

  • No prorated or partial refunds are provided for unused time


Free Trials (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

  • No charge is made during the trial period

  • Once the trial ends and payment is processed, the subscription becomes non-refundable

  • You are responsible for cancelling before the trial ends


EU & UK Customers – Digital Content Notice

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, by purchasing and accessing our digital services, you agree that:

  • Service delivery begins immediately

  • You waive your statutory right of withdrawal once access is provided


Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.

We encourage you to contact us before filing a dispute or chargeback. Abuse of disputes may result in account suspension.
