Subscription Cancellation Policy

Some services offered by MAYTI are available on a subscription basis. This policy explains how subscriptions work and how you can manage or cancel them.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription from MAYTI:

  • You receive ongoing access to digital, AI-powered services

  • Billing occurs on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as shown at checkout)

  • Your payment method is stored securely by our payment provider

  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing

  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period

  • No refunds or prorated credits are issued for unused time in a billing period

There is no minimum commitment unless explicitly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.


How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription by:

  1. Logging in to your MAYTI account

  2. Navigating to Account → Billing / Subscriptions

  3. Selecting Cancel Subscription

Changes to Subscriptions

You may be able to upgrade, downgrade, or change your subscription plan depending on the options available in your account. Any changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.


Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Because subscriptions provide immediate access to digital services, refunds are not guaranteed once access has been granted.
